2. Are you currently accepting orders?

We are currently accepting preorders only. Each item is made with care and intention, so please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before shipment. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. We accept all forms of payment.

3. Do you offer custom products?

Yes! We offer custom individual cards and personalized bundles. Just leave your request in the notes at checkout or email shop@chicdiorlux.com for details.

4. Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely! Add your message during checkout, and we’ll include a note for that personal touch.

5. What is your return policy?

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted on unused, unopened items in original condition.
Custom and digital products are final sale. To initiate a return, email shop@chicdiorlux.com with your order number.
